Crushing and screening plants spread over a wide area are automatically operated with a low-cost automation system, resulting in serious productivity. In addition, troubles, malfunctions and losses caused by manual control are prevented to a great extent. Thus, time, cost and efficiency gains can be achieved in a short time. All process points in the system are monitored, controlled, reported and recorded. Daily, monthly, annual statistics can be obtained in desired periods. By starting and stopping the plant parametrically in the desired order, sudden loads are prevented and belts, screens and crushers are kept safe. The feeder speed is adjusted by continuously monitoring the crusher currents during operation. Thus, crusher motors are protected, blockages are prevented and continuous optimal operation is ensured. Thanks to the automatic sequential operation, in case of any failure, the units feeding the defective part are stopped and the pile of goods is prevented, but the crushers are not stopped unless necessary. The control of the system is provided via PLC and touch panel. There are manual and automatic operation options, along with many adjustable parameters. Thanks to the remote access device, it can be monitored via the internet or smart devices over online and mobile platforms, and faults can be intervened.
