Pulse Valve

The name of the pulse valve means air shock. It is developed for systems where compressed air is required to rapidly discharge at certain time intervals and create air pulses.  pulse valve  it has been tried.

Pulse valves are generally used in Cement, Ceramic, Paint, Feed Thermal Power Plants, Concrete Plants, Detergent, Can, Iron and Steel Industry to shake off the dust accumulated in jet filters (Bag Filter) or to prevent the solidification of the dust accumulated in the bunkers.

Pulse solenoid valves, which have the similar working principle of other two-way solenoid valves, with one difference, their inlet and outlet connections form an angle of 90 degrees. Therefore also  It has the feature of sending the air in the form of a blow (shock). When energized, it switches to the normally open position and delivers the compressed air pulse in the form of a pulse for a very short time. The permeability is not continuous in the form of a pulse, even if the energy is continued. For this reason, it is more functional to make a task by giving energy for a short time and at certain intervals.

PUSH SOLENOID VALVES are generally used in Cement, Ceramic, Paint, Feed Thermal power plants, Concrete plants, Detergent, Can, Iron and Steel Industry to shake off the dust accumulated in jet filters (Bag Filter) or to prevent the solidification of the dust materials accumulated in the bunkers.
